Energy Healing
Energy Healing begins with the premise that dis-ease in the body shows up first in our energy field. Through working with the body’s energetic system, areas of stuck physical and emotional tension can be released and healed.
-

Abdominal Massage
Gentle, nurturing work focused on the abdomen to support digestion, release tension, and reconnect you with your core. This restorative practice can help encourage relaxation, improve circulation, and create space for both physical and emotional ease.
-

Bodywork Massage
A personalized, therapeutic massage that combines a variety of hands-on techniques to address tension, pain, and stress throughout the body. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, helping you move more freely while supporting deep relaxation and overall well-being.
-

Qigong
An ancient mind-body practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate balance and vitality. Qigong helps calm the nervous system, increase energy flow, and foster a greater sense of presence, resilience, and inner peace.

Dance
A guided, expressive movement practice that invites you to connect with your body, emotions, and intuition through music and dance. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, release what no longer serves you, and rediscover joy, freedom, and authentic self-expression.
About Anna
Movement has always been part of who I am.
As a child, I was a ballerina, and an enthusiastic dancer in the grocery store aisles while my mom shopped. Dance was my first language. But in middle school, I made the difficult decision to leave dance behind in favor of sports, and for many years that part of myself quietly faded into the background.
Around the same time, I began experiencing significant digestive challenges that would remain part of my life for years. Looking back, I can see that both my body and my spirit were asking for something I hadn't yet learned how to give them.
When a milestone birthday arrived, I felt called to reconnect with the dancer within me. I explored many different movement practices before discovering JourneyDance. Even before I fully understood what it was, I recognized something in my body that simply said, yes. Like many meaningful callings, I resisted it at first—but it kept finding its way back to me.
Becoming a JourneyDance facilitator opened the door to profound personal healing. As I learned to trust my body through movement, I became curious about the ways energy, emotion, and physical health are deeply interconnected. That curiosity led me to study energy healing, Qigong, Chinese medicine, massage, and bodywork, each practice deepening my understanding of the body's incredible capacity to heal.
My own healing journey has always unfolded alongside my learning. Over the years, I've worked through chronic digestive issues, processed old emotional patterns, and discovered what it means to meet myself with compassion. Those experiences have shaped not only how I live, but how I hold space for others.
Before this chapter of my life, I was a classroom teacher. That experience taught me the value of deep listening, curiosity, and reciprocal learning—qualities that continue to guide every session I offer today. Whether we're working through movement, massage, energy healing, Qigong, or one-on-one sessions, my intention is always the same: to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your own body's wisdom and capacity for transformation.
I believe healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering what has always been whole within us.
