Tending the Coals RETREAT

Join us for an afternoon of connection with your embodied self. Together  in community, we will flow through yogic movement, breath exercises, visualization, dance, ritual, and creative expression.  We will learn various tools and strategies to tap into our empowerment by celebrating and cultivating our vitality, inner spark, and life force.  As the world around us settles into the hibernation of winter, we are invited into the season of cultivating warmth.

We will ask the question:  What does your body, mind and spirit need to keep your inner fires warm this season?

And we will discover the answers together.

This retreat is a collaboration between Anna Crytzer and Madeleine Balcolm, and will be held at Sweetwater Yoga Studio in Burke, VT.
