Late Summer. Earth Time. Self Care. Giving and Receiving. Late summer is the time to pause for a rejuvenation moment. All the fun and outward energy can be exhilarating and also a lot! Visibility means stopping to see and accept ourselves as we are, right at this moment. And then offering that gift to others. We will dance in an open heart space, allowing ourselves to see and be seen in all of our complicated, beautiful, imperfect, radiant glory!
